This is an exciting opportunity to sell prestige vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales process environment.

• To review and develop the Parts and Service Department plans, ensuring both departments achieve Company financial targets.
• To optimise the level of stock held to satisfy customer demand whilst minimising capital commitment.
• To provide the highest level of service to the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are met.
• To organise, direct and lead the staff within the Departments.

To ensure the efficient operation of the service team, to meet and exceed customer expectations and maximise profitability of the team in line with agreed budgets and Company operating standards ensuring the highest possible level of quality and customer service.  

To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to your area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.

To provide the best possible service for the customer whilst ensuring the Company profit targets are achieved.  

To lead and manage staff within the Department.  

To contribute to the development of the Dealership budget, operating and marketing plan
